Pay is not enough for cost of living , mgrs make bank and underwriters /agents are under paid , tied to the phones and computer , high pressure to sell as an agent, as well as complete basic cust service tasks while answering incoming calls for quotes etc. Not a fun working environment and no room to breathe . Never finishes with works tasks , overwhelmed and exhausted all the time..Bibe hour days include an hour for lunch and two 15 minutes breaks that you never have time take. Broken promises for wage increases. Pros are PTO which are desperately needed and pd holidays . Benefits are just OK .
