Nurses and cnas here are very caddy a lot of drama instead of focusing on Pt care and doing your job
I can only hope that they will look to make big bucks for Marvin outside of healthcare, where shortcuts and inadequacies won't harm the frail and elderly
I cant speak for all facilities, National has some great qualities but Sadly, the company is declining.

I think it will go out of business if it does not turn itself around. National needs to invest in its STAFF if they want improvement in filling beds. patients do not want to stay at an understaffed facility. that is abuse to the staff and patients.
