NHA makes it abundantly clear day after day that they do not care about their teachers, staff, or students mental health or physical safety. That being said, if you find yourself in a school with a great culture, it can make all the difference. The pay is generally quite low and there is very little opportunity for training or meaningful professional development.

Students at JCA will be exposed to strong academics and teachers who care about them. Teachers try to make learning interesting. Some admin need to work on people skills, though they have their good points, as well. The student-teacher ratio is about 25 or 30 students to 1 teacher, depending on the class.
