Low Communication between Departments
Written by Visitor Center Associate (Current Employee) from Washington, DC on March 26, 2018
The people are all nice and pleasant. The biggest downside is the lack of communication, and the majority of management is anti-confrontational. Things feel very unstructured and unclear, even though upper management claim there is a plan. When asked about specifics about the plans that are in motion (especially when they contain yourself), it is of - more ... the highest difficulty level to try to get a straight answer. The mindset of the company has gone from it's main mission to focusing on the money, which is sad because of how much meaning the company stands for to others. - less
ProsWonderful benefits, cheerful interactions with co-workers, laid back atmospher
ConsReceiving clear directions, lack of communication
