Hard place to work
Labor Relations Representative (Former Employee) –  Glendale, CAApril 4, 2017
No work balance here. Staff works 70 hours a week and most weekends and holidays.

Staff is really competent but can look in competent due to the work load. The members are great and have high expectations fo the staff.

The workplace culture can be toxic and many good staff leaves. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you win for the members. There is not promotional opportunities here but one salary continues to rise for the same work which is a good thing.
Pros
good pay and benefits
Cons
work stress, no work balance and crazy travel
