Absolute sweatshop...if you're in debt?....great use 7/12s to get out of debt...then get the heck out!!!...complete dead end job!!!...no raises, no promotions...mgmnt is "family tight" and your lied to constantly about how bad the company is doing, but if you look....company made over 20%profit in last fiscal quarter.....but tell workers they're doing so badly that they're cutting your 6/12s. To 7/10's.....so night shift gets off at 2am....and the plant is left running w/o production for 4 hours until day shift comes in at 6 am
That equates to 120 hours a month the plants just humming along with noone in it producing anything....yet production supervisors want more and more from employees....( They get quarterly bonuses!!!!)....as an employee....you can't even get a pat on the back....much less a raise or anything else.....my advice?.....don't even turn into the gate
