2016 -- almost non-existent merit raise across the board.
2017 -- slightly better, but still inadequate merit raise across the board.
2018 -- no merit raise across the board. Also, a 7 percent staff reduction (mostly longterm, knowledgable staff). The rest of the staff absorbed the responabilities.

In short, low pay (unless you are upper management who make six figures), lots of work, tons of blame and little help from upper management who are looking to cut economic corners and be "yes men" to their supervisors instead of properly funding projects and employees.

On the brighter side, your resume writing skills will show immense growth after about a year.

This is not the company it was then years ago.

3 Months. Most people are hired temp to perm. Even that took 3 months. It is just another example of the top-down micromanagement creating bottlenecks.
