Depends on too many variables. Possibly once a year. Have to get 7 hrs of CE just to be eligible, along with going above and beyond. Then they might lie and say they can barely give you a raise but give someone a dollar raise after coming back from maternity leave. So you're s.o.l.

Variable, like in any animal hospital. Some days it was crazy busy and hectic. Other days people just wouldn't show to their appointments and you just deep cleaned the place.

Variable. My clinic was real negative, stress and burn out was bad bc people just kept quitting due to the manager. It used to be fun and we were like a big family.
