Depends on too many variables. Possibly once a year. Have to get 7 hrs of CE just to be eligible, along with going above and beyond. Then they might lie and say they can barely give you a raise but give someone a dollar raise after coming back from maternity leave. So you're s.o.l.

Rarely, I've been with the company for over four years in a management position. I have only received one increase. The company is more concerned about their "bottom line" then the employees that work for them.

Never! NVA has owned the practice I work at for 4 years now. A technician was promised a raise once she became an RVT. Well it's been 3 months now. Two meetings with management and an email to all included parties. I have talked with management as well. She is an amazing employee, but NVA won't allow any raises. There are other employees who have not had a raise in 7 years. Not even a cost of living raise! When managment is asked they blow it off. If you want to never move up or make more money go and work for NVA.

Every few years. Bonuses sometimes don't get paid for months.
