Hire managers who are competent and knowledgeable.

Score NPS from 0 to 5, not 0 through 10. You can achieve the same metrics with 0 to 5, instead of having a score of 10, mistaken for a 1 or a 0. This happens far too many times when people enter a 10 and the 1 or 0 does not register properly, thus the store suffers with a poor NPS score.

Hire new managers, ones that actually care and make sure you are not in a Hostile enviroment

Less exams per hours but this is in direct conflict with the "model" of the practice. They need to see close to 20 appointments per day at least to start making money since they offer exams and frames at such a low cost. So the burden of profit is requiring of the doctor to be overworked.

Friendly environment, make my staff feel trusted

Hire managers that actually know what they are doing. Instead they are a fast growing business so they hire anyone off the street regardless of their background.

Higher pay, less micromanaging, more employees with ACTUAL experience! I have had COT & COA with JCAHPO, CPR, FIRST AID/CPR & QMAP. The other employees have little to NO experience in eye care.

Hire competent and experienced managers with a strong background in NC optical law...not just "a body" that was a salesperson in an optical company.
