Stop promoting people from within to positions in which they have absolutely no idea what they're doing instead of searching for a qualified candidate from outside the company,
Revamp the IT department
They need to treat everyone equally. As a former employee, I was very frustrated that my manager let his friendship outside of work influence the way he treated his staff. The whole department was required to work late except his friend, this person was constantly on the internet and cell phone taking care of their personal business and would forward their work to others in the department to get done. My manager let them get away with so much bad behavior, making more work for everyone else.
I cannot think of anything I would change at this time, love this place
