One of the easiest call centers you can work at, calls are slow most time but can have really high volume at times. In the beginning they promise you everything tell you to follow all attendance policies to move up or accommodate you in anyway and they do not follow through , Management is horrible and unprofessional.

Company is under poor management. Revolving door of people. Terrible health insurance. Low pay. No inspirational leadership. Disrespectful leaders.
