Loved working here however too competitive and you’re only seen as a money maker . If you got the head strength to deal with nonstop calls from 9-5 of raging consumers then this is good for you

Company cares about employees.

The company is always providing some type of benefit for the employees to enjoy. My manager is easy to talk to an I can approach my manager at any time with any question or issue and I receive the results back that I need. The culture feel very comfortable and employees respect each other.

Great employer only is pay/salary of employees need to evaluate low

Value the personnel been in the company for so long and evaluate the pay salary. Secured info. and privacy. Enjoyable people. Need to evaluate personnels income specially those who work hard

Terrible The absolute Worse place to work

Worked in client services under the worse management possible. Management can never answer any questions and very unprofessional! If you have an issue with management HR does absolutely nothing! They want you to work for a paycheck and if you dare go above and beyond or try and grow they will shoot you down. This place changed me for the worse! Don’t do it!

Fast paced, commission based

Very hard work but rewarding. Something could be said about the "fairness" of how accounts are claimed or assigned. Cut-throat environment breeds healthy competition, but also toxic drama. Management is good and enough of the staff is easy to work with that the toxicity can be risen above and an employee can get back to earning. No commission cap so monthly bonuses can get very high.

Some very good people

I was proud to be representing this great old line company with all the current technology and services. I work remotely so sometimes it is difficult to establish relationships with my co-workers.

This was by far my favorite place to work at

This has been by far my favorite place to work at! This is actually an amazing company as far as the culture and atmosphere. The pay is pretty good the only downside of the company is there is not really a fair chance at advancement and management is horrible.

productive and a fun place to work

It was a collection job. It was fun at the end of the month because the commissions were good and there was no cap on your take home amount per month.

not fun job cause you always sitting in the chair

i dont like kind of job i want more challenging like do everything hands on specially painting, plumbing, tiles, do some electrical job and make the facility functioning and look nicely.

Face-Paced, Fun Place to work

Nationwide Credit Corp has an awesome CEO. It is a face-paced collection agency. There are many laws that the agents must follow and Quality Assurance has to implement in order for the company to stay within compliance. Great place to set your goals and make money as a collector. Management has its politics just like any other place of employment. It is a very diverse company. The most enjoyable part of the job is employees are like family. There are no hard parts.

Can be stressful or relaxed depending on work description. Some of the people that worked there are intolerant, but some are also competent. I worked part time.

Awesome

This was a summer job however I still recieved tons of experience working with computer programs and working in the data entry field. It was my first and only office job and after getting the experience, It gave me the knowledge of what an office job would be. Plus, after moving from the office into the retail field, I got a great taste of both worlds.
