Fun and laid back
I created mortgage assignments, requested checks for recording fees, mailed documents for recording. I learned about mortgages being bought and sold and recording them in the country of the property. Management talked a lot. The hardest part was calculating the correct recording fee for each county. The most enjoyable part was management.

decent company to work for depending on who you report to. when the market is good and the company is making money it is great but when the market turns it gets stressful.

Dealing with upper management was near impossible. Overall very frustrating
What is the best part of working at the company?Unsure. It's hard to really say. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Upper management avoided accountability and then quickly placed the blame back around. It was near impossible to get approval for anything due to upper management turning a blind eye to emails and requests

C Level Management
Some of the C level management are not the best for workplace culture. Working with them you know it's a job and not a career. The mortgage industry has companies like NMB that treat you good when times are good and treat you bad when times change. I understand why they act this way; but they should be honest about their expectations and have some loyalty to their employees.
