The field employees are your key to success, as they are the eyes and ears of the company and the face of NW! Listen to them (though not the complainers and “needs improvement” ones as they are lagging intuition. Pay them well, train them well, acknowledge and recognize them very well, and treat them as precious assets to NW because they are. Otherwise other companies will grab them and you’ll be left with lazy millennials with no work ethics to run your main part of the company - out in the field employees. I love my job here, but we are very aware on the front line what the CEO is doing snd the decisions that are being made. Stop losing your good people.

Yes they do I have student loan debt was recently sent an offer letter passed the background check and drug check only to be told by my recruiter that because my student t loan debt is over 20k and in collections they would have to rescind my offer. I turned down several other jobs for this position and am devasted and angry. If I had the money to pay back the loans or a job that compensated me enough to pay them back I would. But to deny somebody a job that would put them in the financial capacity to pay the loans back is unacceptable. Life happens and people all over America have student loan debt and currently employed. Thanks for nothing Nationwide and God forbid it happens to any of those currently employed by you.
