Good Pay Was Not Worth It
Account Manager (Former Employee) – Port Saint Lucie, FL – August 10, 2016
Although this job provided a great deal of autonomy, it was taken too far. The volume of work being expected without any support staff or cooperation from management or other necessary legal departments resulted in an average work day of at least 10 hours, confusion as to the status and projection of case files as well as large loop holes that provided management with convenient opportunities to eliminate employees.
The best part about this job was by far the salary. But with consideration to the treatment of employees, guaranteed lack of advancement in the company, the working hours and literally no benefits it was not worth the great salary being offered.
