Unfortunately, during the period I was working for this company, the company had to deal with a huge processes change, consequently many process were reviewed, with the consequence that it generated a little bit of stress in the team members.
But generally speaking the culture of the company is very good and the Bank industry has to face with a fast-paced business environment, and to see quickly the future opportunities of the financial services industry. Sometimes, employees do not understand it. Instead of cooperating, they resist. The job of an HR manager is to make equal and fair the change and reassure the people when it is necessary.
