Quit cutting hours! This company started by providing great customer service. Every year they continue to cut hours, and add additional tasks. Its getting more and more difficult to barely keep up with the daily tasks, much less provide great service. Morale is low. Home office has no clue how to grow and run a company.

Beware of what you are signing up for. They are behind in technology so if your looking to learn the latest and greatest forget it. They are back in the 90's. They are don't put a priority in this area. Also, the Isley's are the most cold and unfriendly people who don't interact with anyone unless they are VP and above.
