Provide in-depth, consistent training in Store Policy & Values, Customer Service, Applicable Job Duties/Responsibilities, communicate expectations & goals, have team meetings where everyone is can make a difference & have a say-so in the direction & operation of particular store, confront bad behavior & reward good behavior, teach/train in Leadership, Communication, & Management. I would provide real Customer Service station with Customer Service Representative. Lastly, I would ensure all employees are full-trained & knowledgable of job duties, expectations, & protocol before sending them out on the line.
