I feel this whole ‘store management’ problem is at most natural Grocers, if not all and the ones running these stores from the outside are the ones that need to go. Why is this a problem at most stores? The right ppl are not be held accountable. This is no longer a mom-n-pop store. It’s a corporate run company that has a bunch of incompetent ppl and until they fix that, nothing will change for the better.

Constantly working weekends (leaving me unable to ever hang with friends or family), and I'm chronically fatigued and it can be too much work for me sometimes (but that's not their fault), and short staffed. Otherwise a very good place to work. Probably the best job I've ever had.

Repetitive work environment. Home office cuts hours frequently, while increasing the workload. The culture used to be much more positive, terrible policy changes coming from home office. This company is experiencing some pretty brutal growing pains.

It seemed to be a positive atmosphere. I was a daily customer anyway, thought I should work here because I believe in their voiced product standards. It was also an escape from a horribly negative atmosphere (and toxic environment) at TSA.
