Landscaper/Laborer in Walpole, MA

I had a lot of fun here. It's extremely unfortunate that some people will say things about you that are so stone cold lies in order to advance themselves, and or make themselves look better. I preferred doing the best so that I could and not talk about people behind their back unless they did first.

I have been interning at Natureworks for over a month and I can't say enough great things! They are welcoming and passionate experts that embrace each employee to further their careers. They invest heavily into you and make sure you are taken care of. In interning, I was able to shadow all of the different departments and see how much care each employee has for the customer. Every day the crews are laughing and learning while they work hard, it didn't even feel like work. The employees are all goal-oriented people who are constantly improving. I have truly become a better person because of these amazing people. Thanks, Natureworks. A better place doesn't exist.

NatureWorks is unlike any other landscape company around. Huge focus on finding new ways to do things to be more eco-friendly and provide a safe work environment for employees during the pandemic. Provides ample opportunities and encourages training and learning. Career paths for advancement within the company are very clear and easy to switch service lines if you're interested in other work areas. If you're in the landscaping industry and looking for a new home - this is the place to be.
Field Operations Manager in Walpole, MA

I've worked at NatureWorks since 2006 and have advanced in my career well beyond where I thought I would when I moved here from the midwest to work for them. The owner of the company truly cares about the people that work here and is supportive of their goals. The management team is always thinking of ways to engage their teams and help them grow in their careers. The culture of safety, inclusiveness, goal-sharing, training/career growth, and fun is unsurpassed by other companies in the industry.

To find a good employer the company you’re working for has to have good leadership, and NatureWorks has it in spades starting with the owner. I struggled for a long time trying to find the right place to work, until I found NatureWorks. I don’t dread waking up in the morning, everyone is friendly and excellent at what they do and the entire team is always working together to achieve a common goal of standing out amongst the rest of the landscape community. We all work hard and we play hard, the friendships and bonds I’ve made in my 8 years here I wouldn’t trade for a thing. If you’re looking elsewhere don’t bother, unless you want to continue dealing with more of the same. Love my job!
