Working for Navex was the worst job experience I've ever had. Communication technicians receive constant abuse by both incoming calls and management. Every month call standards became more demanding. A normal day includes being verbally berated by dozens of callers before being reprimanded by supervisors for not keeping call times low. In my time there I never met anyone who had worked for longer than a year. I'm convinced that they actually wanted workers to quit.

NAVEX is a good place to develop skills and meet people in the tech industry. Management could provide a bit more guidance but this could have just been personal experience

Over the years, I had 5 good supervisors until I got the one that had to micromanage every step of my day. My customer/caller's liked me and I liked doing my job. Upper management was only interested in what managers had to say.
