The people are mostly nice, but attendance is strict, and you can't get time off unless you plan well in advance.

It would be wonderful if they allow employees to work from home, as was promised during the interview phase. They recently changed the requirements for that. Employees are forced to work in a small call center environment where there are no assigned desks. The work spaces are outdated and filthy.
