Typically annually you will get a marrit raise. However, your time in training does not count towards marrit so your first year you will not get credit for more than a third of it due to ramp up. Best way to get a raise is transfer to another department up the pay grade, however it comes with extra stress so you have to earn it

Raises occur after 3 months, when you hit the 6 month mark and when you have made it a year. There is also advancement opportunities within the company if you know your job well. There are always competitions, and commission if you meet the goal requirements for the month. Opportunities for Bonuses happen often as well.
