Great work but terrible pay with now position to advance to.
Preflight Illustrator / GA (Former Employee) – North Mankato, MN – November 15, 2017
The work and job is laid out quite clearly, but there are no positions to advance to. The management among different departments do not seem to communicate, if at all, leaving some areas with mandatory overtime and another area leaving an hour early with a lack of work to do.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – north mankato, mm – November 13, 2017
The company really cares about their employees. There are lots of appreciation days, meetings, etc just to simply tell everyone they did a good job. There are always parties, potlucks, incentives, etc.
Resolution Manager (Current Employee) – North Mankato, MN – October 24, 2017
Navitor has been an excellent opportunity for me. I have been here for over three years and continue to learn and grow every day. I have moved up and advanced several times and changed roles and departments. I love my job, it is challenging and I learn something every single day. Each day is a new adventure and no two calls are the same. I enjoy the people I work with, the company is full of people who care about each other. The management team is incredible accommodating and understanding and they care about you as a person as well as an employee. I would highly recommend this company!
Aside from the simple day to day tasks and kind managers, the main issue is the fellow coworkers that constantly belittle, or are not interested in learning new processes to advance their own productivity.
Customer Care Representative (Current Employee) – Mankato, MN – May 16, 2017
Navitor is a good starting job. I would recommend it to those coming out of college. The work/life balance is great. Some managers allow more overtime than others, but I've loved all of my supervisors. Upper management is great. My biggest complaint is that the compensation package does not match my needs. Additionally, I would like to see further opportunities for advancement.
Once the local facility closed I no longer enjoyed my job.
Client Service Mgr. / Strategic Account Manager (Former Employee) – Alto, GA – April 7, 2017
The culture was one of consolidate and cut to try and become profitable. In the past 5-8 years there were numerous long term employees who were let go due to work/jobs shifting to other facilities. Once the work/jobs transitioned the other facilities struggled with quality and service to the customer.
On the days I was not traveling I worked from home.
People are great to work with. There has not been profit sharing here for well over 10 years. This company is so messed up from a management standpoint it is laughable. Employees who have been here over 20 years don't even make $15 an hour. The more years of service you have the worse you are treated. The vacation max has been cut in half. I would not recommend working here unless it is short term.
Great people to work with
Extremely low pay. People off the street make similar wages to people employed over 20 years.
management (Former Employee) – North Mankato, MN – January 15, 2016
I was with the company for a few years in a couple different areas, and when I left I was in management. I wouldn't recommend this company to any friends or family. My job security was horrible mostly because a majority of the company is losing money on a yearly basis. They invest THOUSANDS in tradeshows that literally generate nothing for the company and pay the employees a very low wage. Time and time again Navitor would put the cart before the horse which would leave teams within the company struggling in every way. The Folders and Label Works branches are the only things that are holding Navitor afloat and once they separate from Navitor (in 2016) this company will go even more diwnhill. Don't waste your time with this company, you'll gain nothing.
This has been an excellent place to work. Love the people and the overall atmoshere
Plater (Current Employee) – Alto, GA – November 6, 2015
I have learned many different jobs within the company. I have been plating for 25 years and have also worked in the pressroom mixing special inks and organizing line-ups for the press operators. Out sourcing orders to sister plants and running late reports and following up on orders that are late.
A/R 1990 - 1997 and 2000 - 03312015 (Former Employee) – Waynesboro, PA – May 26, 2015
The company Navitor / Regency is only worried about the company they don't care if the employees are paid what they are worth or the customers are getting what they want. As long as they can find a way to make money for the higher level people. My department moved to MN and we were offered 10,000.00 to move and that was it. At one time the company was a great place to work.
Site Setup Specialist (Current Employee) – Alto, GA – February 3, 2015
Worked for this company for 28 years. Made many good friends and had a good working relationship with supervisors and management. Learned many different types of software and programs through the years.
Great hours, flexible schedules
Pay isn't great and not much room for advancement.
