Eliminate the attendance points that are designed to get rid of employees anyway, Allow employees to unionize, better management training for dealing with people of different personalities.

Listen to the employees for once!! Stop pushing and pushing employees out! Management is why they have such a high turn over rate! They preach safety, when in reality, they only care about production.
