After Years of petty management shenanigans, trying to make me quit, they finally constructed a "customer complaint", gave me NO Opportunity to defend myself within HR structures, and was terminated.
I started my 34th year with ncr. Manager would not change the schedule so I could attend my daughters wedding. I gave them 4 months notice of the wedding. They wouldn't change unless the change was to benefit ncr. Ncr changed to a bad place to work about year 2000. I left in 2014. Management is terrible.
The job was eliminated and I was laid off.

NCR is a great company to work for but depending on who your direct manager is. Micromanaged was what drove me from leaving NCR. I left the company because, as I've mentioned, of micromanaged, and because I was denied for applying for internal career opportunities.
