Ever hear the expression, "You can talk the talk but can you walk the walk?"
The turnover is incredibly high, partly due to the quality of technicians, but also the management.
Management is tied to one major account, slowing growth and making the company very susceptible to industry down turns. Additionally, the "value" of technicians can best be described as "You should thank us simply for the opportunity to work."
This management philosophy has led to a stagnation of clients, profits, and poor overall company satisfaction internally.
