Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXApril 15, 2019
They lost 50% of their employees recently and are a revolving door. They record all conversations and are very afraid of being sued. They don't treat people right and create a facade of a happy culture. Management is poor and will repeat what they learn from employees and then write up employees on unfounded charges. A very disappointing experience.
Pros
Lunch program, nice awards and luncheons
Cons
Unrealistic expectations, outdated methods, forms and processes

My time with Nearterm was certainly better than most because they provide a level of autonomy that is frequently not offered. They are available when you have concerns or needs.
