Working with the young adults coming from either foster care, inpatient program or homeless shelters, these individuals come with various mental health, substance abuses issues and gang affiliation. The community in which the residential site is located has a reputation of heavy gang activity. Residents whom transition to the program are not from the - more ... community however attempt to engage in activity to place not only their housing but the other individuals residing in the program at risk. - less
