Neighbors is a good place to work at. Great environment with a supportive system. The company is always looking out for its employees and seeking ways to improve anything for our patients,

Typical of physician-owned industry, no real complaints, no real issues. Not the worst or best place to work. learned some new skills, and quality measures.

Work is Great, Management not Good
Payment Posting Specialist (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXApril 4, 2018
The new manager shows favoritism towards certain employees, also backstabber, messy. The company itself is great to work, they offer free medical at there facilities. The company always had. Incentives they offer.

Management not Good

Facility Director - ER (Current Employee) –  Kingwood, TXMarch 17, 2018
Originally it was a great place to work, but the company has gone down hill. They stopped focusing on the employee, because of irresponsible decisions from the top.

Used to be extremely busy but now the corporate staff is skeleton crew so we all pitch in to get things done. Lots of friendly people work here and love what they do.

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Beaumont, TXMarch 11, 2018
Great place to work. Amazing company that cares about its employees. They feed you lunch for day shift and dinner for night shift. I got a raise after less than a year working there. I was paid double for holidays.

Nice atmosphere with friendly staff and management. The team works well together. There really isn't a "hard" part of this position. The most enjoyable part is having happy patients that appreciate our service.

Radiology Technologist (Current Employee) –  TexasDecember 2, 2017
The centers are great the staff physicians and culture in each center. The corporate offices have made bad decisions and the CEO has probably cost this company and its great employees their livelihood.
Its a shame because these people in the trenches believe and supported this company but now lack face in its leaders

Closing centers every time we turn around. The Neighbors Culture isn't what it used to be. People are scared for their jobs. Owners/upper management are not keeping employees informed.

Unfortunate
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXNovember 1, 2017
Started out amazing. Sadly the company has let us all down by lack of information when closing. Lots of deception within the company. Too many chiefs in this company and they tend to leave the impression the blind leading the blind.

Great Place to work! A typical day is working from your spreadsheets and reviewing accounts. You will be responsible for calling insurance companies as needed for incorrect payments.

Unstable, mismanaged, and terrible culture
former employee (Former Employee) –  corporate officeOctober 20, 2017
Essentially, the vision the company sought out to have was awe-inspiring for employees. They paid for outrageous things like, meals everyday for the clinical staff as well as corporate,a mass amount of clothing and promotional items such as first aid kits, pens, bags. You name it, the company had it. New Hire orientations were phenomenal! Lavish breakfasts and lunches, goodie bags full of fun items to keep, no wonder corporate employees loved it years ago. It was the place to be. Then, poor management came along and things went south. People were being hired left and right and for what? You don't need a ton of chiefs and a ton of indians. All you need is the right amount of each to balance it out. All of it was taken away at the facility and corporate level. Employees were hired with NO experience at the corporate level, which makes it hard for those who are educated and experienced to do their jobs. Livelihoods were crushed as center after center closed and are continuously closing. Don't get me wrong, the clinical staff are the heart and soul of the company. They are the ones doing the hard work as corporate employees sat at a desk all day watching netflix, taking long lunches, and doing jobs that weren't needed on each floor. There are still oodles of people in each department that although are great people I am sure, aren't needed, not experienced enough, and way overpaid. I take pride in what I do and my work ethic, there were plenty who didn't. At least the pay was great, but who would only want to be somewhere temporary and not somewhere they can flourish and have a career?  more... Not me.  less
Pros
Pay and Clinical Staff
Cons
Directors, ridiculous corporate office space, and employees who were not experienced and overpaid

Great company to work for
ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Current Employee) –  5835 Highway 6 NOctober 19, 2017
Night shift was pretty steady with patients, registering in patients through the different systems we have had through out the couple of years being here have been fun to learn. Interacting with the medical staff was very nice the company itself just feels like a family. Could'nt think of anything bad about the company.
Pros
Week on and week off, discounts, and PTO
