Agreed this is the worst place that I had ever worked for. The bosses talked like they were better than you and treated you like you wasnt worthy to be here. Job security isn't there, they replaced workers that put time and effort in this resort for a few years. My advice to others is to go find another place to work.

If you REALLY want to be profitable, keep the good people and make everyone accountable for what they throw out. A million+ in thrown out furniture and equipment that could've been resold could've saved many jobs in one year.

I've been gone for quite a few years at this point but if the culture hasn't changed I would recommend on a concrete identity for the place and also make sure everything is more about work than it is about social.
