I would investigate the unfair management of the A.I. Emergency Room. They target employees, bully them and fire them based on false accusations.
It is very intense! You must have your interview skills up and get ready to answer a lot of hard questions.
Software and hardware experience.
Best job and why? Worst job and why?
If I encountered a difficult situation/employee at a previousjob, how did I handle it and what was the outcome
The A.I. duPont Emergency Room culture is one of unsafe practices. Management pretends to care but leaves the staffing at extremely unsafe levels. Doctors, Nurses and Tech put their license on the line during high volume times. Management will demand more from staff only leaving critical patients without proper care.
Don't interview for the A.I. Emergency Room in Delaware. Very toxic management. They target, bully and fire who they don't like
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Nemours? What are the steps along the way?
The onboarding process is fairly simple. You will need to complete a 2-3 day orientation and your specific department will likely have further training that you will need to participate in. You will need to undergo TB testing, a drug screening, and background check, as well as be up to date with your immunizations/shots. Since you will be working with vulnerable populations, Nemours wants to ensure that you are in the best health. There are also virtual trainings that are to be completed as part of your training.
What is the vacation policy like at Nemours? How many vacation days do you get per year?
Not really sure how many vacations you get per year. But the time acquired while working is reasonable. So as long as your working your hours, and not missing days calling out, by the time your ready for a vacation, there's no hesitation.
