Security director is prejudice against white people
Very poor work environment where management encourages clicks and has evaluations performed on employees by her friends instead of doing her job herself. Management allows bullying and workplace incivility, and unfairly targets certain workers. Allows her friends to leave early once or twice a week, but never acknowledges when others stay late to finish the necessary work. There is no concern for really assisting patients, only what looks good statistically.
