Lakewood - Thermal Impedance Test Contractor (Former Employee) – Lakewood, OH – July 13, 2018
Teh people here are nice and friendly. Most will stop what they are doing to say hello and engage with their fellow employees. The work pace is challenging but manageable. The only problem seems to be with the way the market. Bulk sales typically depend on price and while Neograf has the highest quality parts, its price is also quite high. This means seasons where the cash flow is heavy and people are hired, and seasons with a trickle of cash flow that leads to lay offs.
Factory Worker (Current Employee) – Ohio – November 2, 2018
There is no room for personal growth and advancement, the company has removed a lot of the nice perks that we offered, insurance rates have skyrocketed and raises/bonuses in the last 5-6 years very bleak, if at all.
Culture of company is good and is a friendly and collaborative environment, although due to recent acquisitions by investment company future is unknown. R&D and innovation engineering activities are getting restricted and not funded which will effect experienced scientists and engineers career goals and vision.
Fabrication Operator (Current Employee) – Sharon Center, OH – January 10, 2018
On paper, this job is great. Good business hours. The rate of pay is generous for the work provided. Plenty of vacation time. However, overtime is forced quite often. Management favors employees. Management also is deceptive and misleading to its customers.
Pros
Great hours and good pay.
Cons
Forced overtime and no appreciation for hard work.
