Work overload

Nurses are assigned an unrealistic amt of work. Needs better organization to have better work flow. Area of place is also a bit sketchy so just be aware.

I love working at nesbit it doesn't matter where you at or live you have someone to pick you up if needing a ride any problem you may have you always have someone to listen help with anything we all come together as a family or friends to give a hand I will be there day or night

Don’t recommend

I worked at Nesbit for over 6 years and gradually watched this facility go down the drain. Once Trinity took over, morale and ethics went out the window. Management structure is nonexistent. There is a lot of good staff but they get tired and burned out from being overworked, underpaid and unappreciated.

Family like atmosphere

There is a lot of longevity with the team at Nesbit and everyone does their best to get the job done. When there is a task to be done the team comes together.

Do Not recommend!

Don’t waste your time! Especially if you are considering the CNA class. The management is AWFUL, the administrator and D.O.N are no help whatsoever. The a.d.o.n will tell you how rude the staff is instead of fixing the problem. So understaffed and they still expect you to get everything done. They will train you just enough to put you on a hall then you have to figure out the rest. DON’T DO IT!
