They’re huge on their quotas on how many calls and clients your schedule a day. There was also a lot of drama within the company. Many people talking about others in a negative manner.

Training was one week and the guy that led the training was completely preoccupied with other things. When you start you pretty much have to sell an outdated heat barrier to the customer. The leads were created by a street team that would offer them something for free and then I would show up to get yelled at by the customer. This happened on four separate occassions. If you are deemed worthy enough you can sell their metal roofs. Which seemed to be a fairly decent product. Overall there is a lot of deceit involved with NESCOR, but if you can slither your way into the core group of guys then it won't be so bad. I only needed a month or two to see this operation and knew it wasn't for me.

During my time with NESCOR I feel as though I have been welcomed in to the "family"! All of my coworkers are great and there is a real team atmosphere. Management has high expectations but that is what motivates people to come in everyday and do their best work! It is a fast paced, production oriented environment and you really feel like you are helping the business grow daily. Management takes notice if you offer to go above and beyond your job duties.

Interview Questions

None. They talk circles around the job without ever actually telling you what you'll really be doing. They don't ask questions because they don't care. They just need warm bodies to cycle through the office.

Where I worked. What my experience was in the field. How comfortable I was in sales. What my success was previously.
