This was for a new, remote position. I assumed there would be an extensive interview process, but was only one phone call. Wish I had known that prior, as I would have brought up some things that weren’t asked. Interview was conversational and friendly, mostly asking about previous work experience, team work, and leadership. Took about 45 minutes.

Lazy middle managers, back stabbing environment. Managers would smile through their teeth whilst stabbing you in the back. This was in the defunct DSD division. Route drivers would work 10 hours a day while managers would work 2-3 . In those 2 hours it usually was watching you tube videos and shopping on amazon.
