Very Lean environment. Must know every machine center for base pay. Of course not everyone is held accountable for this based on favoritism. Company is not doing well might as well apply for nigara.
Late start time (anywhere from 7:20-8am), expectation is to work 9 1/2 hours per day but that doesn't include the time it takes to get the first stop, lunch, and time to get back. Base salary with NO bonuses or incentives. They push sales every morning and have each individual who didn't meet sale goals explain. Most guys get back to the branch around 6-7pm.
It's a easy job to learn but takes a physical toll without getting rewarded for the over time hours you put in.
Dallas plant is not the place to work. They will make and change rules as they see fit. There is no adequate training and mangement is always place blame and problems on each other.
Poor the Raynham Call center has gone down the drain the past two years. They are making new hires sign contracts they'll give you $1000 bonus to stay for a year however if you quit or get fired (mind you your an at will employee they can fired you for anything and any time with no reason at all) you have to pay them back!
