Great co-workers, management was great. Benefits were not so great, costly. Vacation however was great. received 4 weeks paid vacation per year plus paid holidays and floating holidays, that could be used anytime within the calendar year.

Admistrative support to company as a whole

Program Administrator-Analyst (Former Employee) - Aberdeen, MD - June 2, 2015

Admin support for engineers, management, and all employees of the company. Helped my career with use of Microsoft tools, planning, execution, and Government knowledge. Great co-workers but management and moral needs attention. The most enjoyable part was helping my co-workers with daily tasks they needed. The employees were positive hard working individuals. The hardest part of the job was the lack of respect and appreciation management showed to the administrative team.

positive working relationships with peers, gained experience with travel management

Cons

Micromanaging, poor pay increases, no appreciation from management
