Mortgage in general is stressful and it’s not a stable industry Company is always hiring and also always letting go of peopleDepending on your manager is your experience, pay is okay but not enough for the amount of stress
Loan Processor in Irvine, CA

This company has some of the most toxic managers that I've ever worked for during my whole career. It's a company with an extremely toxic work atmosphere and culture. Employees here rarely like each other because of the kind of individualistic and cynical mindset that the managers have, which they also push onto the employees. I don't even think the managers are qualified to be leading this company.

You need to put in a lot of long hours daily. Everyone does that as the upper management likes that. It hurts the work-life balance. Avoid this employer if you like a decent work-life balance.

This place is a joke, hostile environment, disrespectful, shady and the file are a mess, there is no transparency, Beware.. run as fast as you can. The worst company i have ever worked for.. Hr is all about covering for them not helping the employees.. no matter what you say or prove they are a club

Horrible management. Compensation is unbelievably low. Long hours. No appreciation. Micromanagement. Toxic Environment. Just an overall bad experience.
