Worked from home. It was okay… I often didn’t feel clear on whether it actually helped people. We monitored neurofeedback sessions. My state was part of the staff that were “phased out”.

This place was a good place to work for a job for the tine being. There didn’t seem to be much advancement, only for those in good with management that being said management took care of employees. There always seemed to be a lack of communication. The best part of this job was the coworkers

The work itself is cool, and has the potential to help a lot of people. However, there is no trust in clinical judgment, treatment plans are changed without consulting you (the treating clinician!), and there is no respect for different styles of treatment or personalities. Favoritism is definitely in play. Supervisors can be condescending, despite having the same degree and license. I felt very disrespected and undervalued by supervisors (regional managers and center team leaders). I will say it is a low-stress job, however the work environment and people that are promoted make the job miserable.

I wouldn’t not recommend working here. Low pay, poor environment. Lack of job security, more focused on making money than client care and want sales people, not clinicians.
