They clearly have issues with patient abuse that should be reported to the State. Sounds like they need to educate their employees about Alzheimer's and Dimentia on a regular basis...a place with that high of a turnover cant have employees with the skills that it takes to work with the patients in a successful manner and you can feel the frustration in their reviews. Great pay is wonderful but loving what you do is MORE important to me. You can't pay me enough to be miserable daily
There are two types of workers - those that just want a paycheck and do as little as possible and those that WORK for their money. I LOVE this company! I WORK for this company!
I love my job and they people I work are amazing
Was not a good play to work! Employees and residents were not safe! Always understaffed!!!!!!!
Just okay....I try not to express the company challenges to others.
