They clearly have issues with patient abuse that should be reported to the State. Sounds like they need to educate their employees about Alzheimer's and Dimentia on a regular basis...a place with that high of a turnover cant have employees with the skills that it takes to work with the patients in a successful manner and you can feel the frustration in their reviews. Great pay is wonderful but loving what you do is MORE important to me. You can't pay me enough to be miserable daily
