Engineering Intern (Former Employee) – Lawrence, MA – March 10, 2018
Friendly work environment. Challenged interns with multiple projects. Had an extremely well structured internship program where I was able to meet with every department and get an understand of each person's role in the company.

The job was great the pay way great and the benefits are also great. the job aloud you to meet people from around the world and the job is really fun even though it was just a summer job. The managers are just great there not to strict or mean but equally nice and fun when they need to be.
FOOTWEAR DESIGN APPRENTICE (Former Employee) – Lawrence, MA – February 14, 2018
Good Company to work for. New Balance really cares about the workers and will do what they can to take care of you. Slower paced company culture in a fast paced business. they were going through many growing changes while I was there but they do provide initial opportunities to students so that is a major plus.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Cabazon, CA – February 12, 2018
NB was a great place to work. Everyone was very kind and friendly, but NOT ENOUGH HOURS! I only got 8 at most a week! The company said they didn't have enough money to give everyone hours, so the manager chose favorites who would work 20 hours a weeks but still leave us 4-8 hours a week.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Tulalip, WA – February 7, 2018
Most days at New Balance I spent maintaining the organization of the store and cleanliness. I had a lot of focus on working with guests, that was my favorite part of this job. We got to rationalize which shoe was best for the customer based on a description of their needs and the qualities they'd like. I liked having to make a decision for the customer, and having them impressed with the quality shoes I'd find for them. I learned a lot about customer service within an environment with such diversity. Many customers were international, who had came just for our discount store.
In the Albuquerque New Mexico location New balance is a very stressful place to work . Pay is fair but you will have to deal with rude staff and management . Return policy makes no sense and are constantly yelled at . There is a very high turn over
