It is a very fast paced environment, Although there is a routine in place, no two days are alike. I like that it is never boring and I love a challenge. With the new superintendent, our first priorities are safety and building relationships with students as opposed to last admins teach bell to bell no exceptions.

It became impossible to plan, prepare, deliver, correct papers plus attend all the "teachers suck" lectures or PD mandated by the state. Although they are disadvantaged, NB students were allowed free reign to spit, slap, swear, falsely accuse teachers with impunity. The response of the admin was, "What did YOU, the teacher, do to cause this student to assault you?"
