NCI offers Paid Time Off (PTO) which can be used for vacation or sick time. If a team member needs a day off and doesn't have enough PTO they can work with their team to swap shifts.

Stressful, no management backup, and burned/stressed out co workers. Physical abuse from clients, company dose not want you to get medical care, for work related injuries. Broken glasses, ruptured ear drums, facial injuries are all common injuries of DSP workers.
Change managements work load, have more personal aspects like employee trainings be their own responsibility. Requre more resident interaction with management.
