This company doesn’t care about its employers or the clients safety. Every breathing person is a dollar sign to management. If given a choice please consider employment elsewhere or you will be greatly disappointed.

Poorly run company, under pays employees.

Poor management skills, and attitude. Lack of courtesy, under pays employees, no raises or very low raises. Unwilling to be helpful to accommodate school schedules.

Nice to work with only 8 residents.

Resident's are great, co-workers are not mature and do not stay busy on the job. Management will not deal with problems in the work place, she makes you deal with it yourself, which creates work place hostility.

Great place to work. Plenty of training. Followed thru on all sign on bonus's. Raises yearly. The staff are great to work with. The Clients are very special and I enjoy working with all of them daily. I work overnite and enjoy the 8 hour shifts as opposed to 12 hour shifts. Management is very helpful in scheduling and time off requests

A very busy and at times challenging job,

My typical day at work is generally very busy with appointments and other residents needs. Diverse staff and interesting clients. At times mental health can be challenging with clients needs. I enjoy helping people.

The amount of care and effort put in my most if not all the employees is extremely overlooked. Very easy to get burned out, which is understandable considering the work in general. But the management leaves a lot for the workers to accomplish, and expects you don't have a life outside of the job.
