Love the residents whom I've gotten close to.
A typical day is very busy and moves at a high pace. I have learned that I cannot do every one else's job, I have to focus on the task at hand and not let the fact that someone is not doing his/her job and commit to what I have to do. Management could be better. My co-workers are good. The hardest part of my job is when upper management does not know - more ... the care coordinators worth and also dealing with the politics of the company. The most enjoyable part of my job is. I love what I do and I love the people whom I serve. - less
ProsChildren and family friendly
ConsNot enough money, no raise in the 10 years I've been at the company and the medical benefits are not good
