Very fast paced and not always good communication

Going into this job there was minimal training before we were thrown on the phones and talking to customers. Our rules and regulations for our position was consistently changing, confusing and hard to keep parameters consistent between employees. No communication and questions were frequently looked down upon. We had fun as a team and working together, - more ... although very disorganized. People were being hired and fired weekly. Could be done in a more cohesive manor. - less
