Unstable and poor management
Registrar Assistant (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAAugust 27, 2019
The students were excellent. Mostly adjuncts teaching the courses. In downtown Boston. Quiet office - no one was there most of the time. The pay was low and I left for another college who paid more.
Pros
not much
Cons
low pay. poor management.

Bright future but with some short comings
Instructional Designer (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAMay 18, 2018
Work was fun with my team, we had a great leader who was very talented. In the end, my decision to leave was based on a toxic environment. There was no hope of being able to change things that we felt needed to be addressed and simply had to accept that it is what it is and the stakeholders get what they want. That type of attitude doesn't fit well with me and I felt that my skills would be served better elsewhere. Great people on the design team though, made it tough to leave.

Quality organization to work for, the organization pursues excellence in education, keeping in mind affordability and value to the student customer. Course curriculums are of high quality and rigor.

This was a fantastic job I loved the staff and the students that came into the office. The days were long sometimes but it was such a great place to work that you didn't mind.

ADMISSIONS ADVISOR (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJuly 3, 2012
I found this company to be very flexible in allowing a balance between work and family life. Hours of work were easily adjusted to meet personal needs.
