Make sure the managers were more involved with the staff and when a problem arose helped fix it. Not brush it off
Why has there been such a turnover in both pharmacy department heads and staff over the last 2-3 years?
Previous Regional Director of many years was ignorant and thought he knew everything. Always talked down to managers and was intense. Luckily he moved on last summer. Facility is still recovering from his work environment.
Run reports and start looking them over and calculating the amount of drugs that were passed out the patient. Post claim to insurance companies.
