It isn't just pharmacy, its intake as well. The training is shotty at best. Then they dump all their mistakes on you. It's an extremely uncomfortable environment to work in when you constantly feel like every one around you is monitoring your every move and talking about you behind your back. Certain managers can be very nasty instead of helpful and understanding. This place will make you hate your life. The entire staff is unhappy, especially pharmacy.

Turnover has always been a major problem. too much talking behind people's backs. Need better communication, organization, and team work which really lacks at NELC.
